Our Story
APKA Industries was born from a simple conviction: Indian SME businesses deserve the same calibre of strategic consulting that Fortune 500 companies take for granted.
Our journey began in 1991 in Kerala, where we built our first business rooted in quality, trust, and ethical practice. Over three decades, we expanded into IT consulting, business strategy, and operational management — working across the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and India.
By 2020, we brought all of this experience under one roof. APKA Industries was launched as a management consulting firm with a clear mission — to help SME business owners in the Rs.5–250 Crore range unlock trapped revenue, eliminate operational waste, and build systems that scale.
In 2025, we launched the 100 Crore Project — our flagship initiative aimed at delivering Rs.100 Crore in cumulative, measurable client value. Not through theory or presentations, but through hands-on transformation that shows up in the P&L.
Today, APKA Industries operates at the intersection of international consulting frameworks and Indian business realities. We work with three core sectors — Business Services, Education, and Manufacturing — because that is where our experience runs deepest and our impact is most immediate.

Message from the Founder

When I started my career in 1996, I had no idea I would spend the next three decades helping businesses transform. But that is exactly what happened — across the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and India, across IT services, manufacturing, healthcare, and education.
What I have learned in 27+ years and 150+ projects can be distilled into one insight:
Most SME businesses do not have a revenue problem. They have a leakage problem.
Revenue is being earned but not fully billed. Capacity exists but is not fully utilised. Working capital is available but trapped in the wrong places. Teams are capable but stuck in firefighting mode. Processes exist but half of them add no value.
I have seen this pattern in a Rs.45 Cr. IT services company in Chennai, in a coaching institute chain struggling with retention, and on the shop floor of an auto component manufacturer in Coimbatore. The sectors are different. The symptoms are different. But the root causes are remarkably similar — and fixable.
The gap between where an SME is and where it could be is not about working harder. It is about working on the right things, with the right systems, in the right sequence. That is what APKA Industries does.
